You are to follow these guidelines for the Ideation Phase:

1. Your idea submission must include the following:
-> Idea Title: Written on cover page
-> Problem Statement: What is the specific problem?
-> Solution Overview with relevant diagrams
-> Clearly articulate the methodology of how you will be building your prototype
-> State the impact/novelty of your solution, as well as the future scope of the project
2. Submit your solution idea in a powerpoint presentation (ppt) or PDF format.
3. You may additionally submit a video presentation of no longer than 5 minutes via a Youtube video / Drive link (optional).

You can download this submission template to ensure that your submission follows the submission guidelines.

If your teams idea gets short-listed, you will receive a mail with further details. Your team will present the prototype and the presentation at MS Teams in front of the judges on 4th or 5th December 2020 at the allotted time slot.

You are to follow these guidelines for the Implementation Phase:

1. Final submission must address one of the 6 themes.
2. All projects must contain the following in their submission.
-> Project overview (3-4 sentences explaining what you built)
-> Include working code with GitHub/GitLab repository URL
-> Include documentation, infrastructure diagrams
-> A Powerpoint presentation of not more than 12 slides
3. You are also to provide a demo video (5-minutes or less) to present your prototype and how it addresses the Challenge Statement.
